Chocolate Chip Cookies
These delicious crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside are a go-to recipe and definitely a crowd pleaser!

- 1 medium sized bowl bowl
- 1 handheld mixer
- baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- cooling rack
- 1 rubber spatula
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cup flour
- 1-2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine in a medium sized bowl with a handheld mixer the butter, oil, and both kinds of sugars.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until creamy and combined.
- Combine your baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and flour into the bowl and mix on low until fully combined.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Once everything is combined, use a one tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop balls onto a baking tray with parchment paper on top.
- Stick the cookie scoops into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes until just barely golden brown on the outside.
- Allow cookies to fully cool before enjoying your delicious cookies!
