Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix your butter and brown sugar together in a medium bowl with a handheld mixer until creamy and combined.
- Add in your eggs (one by one) and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mixed on low speed until combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in your chocolate chips and place batter into a greased tray.
- Bake for approximately 20-30 until fully cooked and barely golden brown.
