Chocolate Banana Pops

These are a perfect snack for anytime! A chocolate covered banana can be enjoyed best on a hot summer day.

  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 liquid measuring cup
  • 1 straw
  • 1 cutting board and knife


  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder


  • Slice the banana into quarters and stick a straw into the middle of the banana.
  • Freeze for 1 hour.
  • In the liquid measuring cup, melt the coconut oil for around 30 seconds and add the rest of the ingredients once melted.
  • Take the banana out of the freezer and dip into the chocolate mixture.
  • Wait about 1 minute for chocolate to set, and enjoy!
  • Many can be made at one time, but make sure to store them in the freezer.
