Chocolate Banana Pops
These are a perfect snack for anytime! A chocolate covered banana can be enjoyed best on a hot summer day.
Equipment
- 1 tbsp
- 1 liquid measuring cup
- 1 straw
- 1 cutting board and knife
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana ripe
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Slice the banana into quarters and stick a straw into the middle of the banana.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- In the liquid measuring cup, melt the coconut oil for around 30 seconds and add the rest of the ingredients once melted.
- Take the banana out of the freezer and dip into the chocolate mixture.
- Wait about 1 minute for chocolate to set, and enjoy!
- Many can be made at one time, but make sure to store them in the freezer.
