Chocolate Banana Pops
These are a perfect snack for anytime! A chocolate covered banana can be enjoyed best on a hot summer day.

- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana ripe
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Slice the banana into quarters and stick a straw into the middle of the banana.
Freeze for 1 hour.
In the liquid measuring cup, melt the coconut oil for around 30 seconds and add the rest of the ingredients once melted.
Take the banana out of the freezer and dip into the chocolate mixture.
Wait about 1 minute for chocolate to set, and enjoy!
Many can be made at one time, but make sure to store them in the freezer.
