Lemon Garlic Pasta

  • 1 pot large
  • 1 frying pan small
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp


  • 1 bag pasta any kind works
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp (or more) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced works best
  • parmesan cheese for topping
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Add water and a pinch of salt to a large pot and turn on high until water starts to boil.
  • Cook pasta according to package.
  • In the meantime, heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add garlic until it starts showing the slightest bit of yellow.
  • Take off heat and add lemon juice and parsley.
  • Drain your pasta and add in your sauce.
  • Mix together and adjust to taste.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and serve!
