Cookie Brownie Baked Oats
These healthy oats are the perfect mix between flavors and are delicious to eat for breakfast!
Equipment
- 1 tbsp
- 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp
- 1/3 cup
- 1/2 tsp
- 2 small bowls
- 1 circular dish oven safe
Ingredients
Cookie Base:
- 2 tbsp oats any kind
- 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup/honey
- chocolate chips
Brownie Base:
- 3 tbsp yogurt/or 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate/brownie protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice I prefer maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup & 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together all ingredients of the cookie base and brownie base in separate bowls.
- Lay your cookie mix over your brownie mix in a small circular dish (oven safe).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow oats to fully cool before tasting and enjoying them.
