Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1-2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine in a medium sized bowl with a handheld mixer the butter, oil, and both kinds of sugars.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time until creamy and combined.
  • Combine your baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and flour into the bowl and mix on low until fully combined.
  • Using a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Once everything is combined, use a one tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop balls onto a baking tray with parchment paper on top.
  • Stick the cookie scoops into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes until just barely golden brown on the outside.
  • Allow cookies to fully cool before enjoying your delicious cookies!
