Cookie Brownie Baked Oats

These healthy oats are the perfect mix between flavors and are delicious to eat for breakfast!

  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 small bowls
  • 1 circular dish oven safe

Ingredients
  

Cookie Base:

  • 2 tbsp oats any kind
  • 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/honey
  • chocolate chips

Brownie Base:

  • 3 tbsp yogurt/or 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate/brownie protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice I prefer maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup & 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix together all ingredients of the cookie base and brownie base in separate bowls.
  • Lay your cookie mix over your brownie mix in a small circular dish (oven safe).
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow oats to fully cool before tasting and enjoying them.
